Happy Weekend Everyone!Just thought I'd take a minute to post a couple of quick thoughts and pictures.
Landon is really getting into the full swing of being a baby. I think the first couple of days were a bit of a shock to his system, but he has really started to find his groove as of late. He's peed on himself at least 3 times in the last 24 hours, and managed to get me, his Nana (Rachael), and his Mom each and every time. Michaela is especially good at coaxing him to go while he's got a diaper off....he he he.
He's still having difficulty sleeping in his crib during the nighttime (daytime he's fine to sleep wherever), so we're still working through that...so far the best nighttime sleep that we can get is when he's sleeping on one of our chests...which is surprisingly comforting to have that little baby weight on you.
Other than that, we're happy to report that everything is going great. We continue to get visits from family and friends pretty much every day, and you are all welcome to come by and visit whenever, just please call in advance.
Michaela's recovery is going great and she's really a great mom already...I'm just so proud of her!
As you can see by this morning's pictures, Nana Rachael is really enjoying her trip! We are so fortunate that Landon was born into such a loving family.
Stay tuned for this afternoon's post, as I'm going to put up a couple of pictures of Landon with his older brothers...aka Guinness and Jack....they sure are interested in the baby.
