Well the long weekend us upon us and we have our social calendars booked! Thursday night after work was a lot of fun. We had our good friends Misty and Aaron and their son Oliver over for a play date!! We enjoyed some Mexican brews, tasty fish tacos, speculation over the fate of Arizona's basketball team this season and many laughs. The funny thing about Misty and Aaron is how much Dustin and I have in common with them. After meeting Misty at VSP we started talking about our significant others and what they were like. As it turned out Aaron also attended UofA. When you live in Arizona, it's not uncommon to run into fellow Alums, however being in Northern CA, it's always exciting to find someone who went to UofA!! Unfortunately, I was trying so hard to get a picture of the boys together, and getting them to look at the camera at the same time, I forgot to get one of Misty and Aaron. Next time I guess. But here's a fun picture of the successful playdate...

it's a Labrador Rainbow! Unfortunatey, getting 3 dogs to cooperate and look at the camera at the same time is next to impossible. But I had fun trying, much to the amusement of Misty. As you can see, their "son" Oliver is a yellow lab, not a baby. But it was the first time Misty and Aaron have been over since Landon was born, so it was fun for them to meet him. Oliver loved him too! Especially the baby spit up.
This weekend has a lot going on, so as Dustin mentioned, be sure to check back often. We're headed to a swim BBQ at Aunt Lisa's tonight for the 4th of July and we will most definitely have more pictures to post. Landon even has a 4th of July outfit, courtesy of Ramsey's Mom Marylyn Hannon!! Thanks Marylyn!!
Other then that, we'll keep this blog short today. Lots to do. Here is one picture of the baby, as it wouldn't be right to post on the baby blog with out a picture of Landon. Lately Landon loves

playing with his teething ring, but sometimes gets into trouble. He'll drop it on his face and can't figure out how to get it off. OF course, being the wonderful parents we are, we leave him like that long enough to laugh and get a good picture. :-)
Happy 4th of July!!
Love, M
